STUDENTS FROM DSTU AND THE UK UNIVERSITIES DEVELOPED PROJECTS OF MULTI-COMFORT AND ENERGY SAVING HOUSES FOR ROSTOV AIRPORT TERRITORY
The international student summer research school has finished at DSTU. Students of Don State Technical University, Glasgow Kelvin College and the University of the West of Scotland presented renovation projects of the old Rostov-on-Don airport territory.
During the three-week programme students, united in teams, studied the state of the old airport environment, compared the ways of using alternative energy sources in Russia and the UK. At the end of the summer school, participants developed projects of multicomfort and energy saving house with the use of wind and solar energy sources for the cottage village.
