Thai Doan Thanh, Vice-rector of HUFI university and Besarion Meskhi, rector of DSTU determined the main areas of joint work in the implementation of degree programs, projects in the scientific, technical and cultural fields.
Representatives of the Russian and Vietnamese universities shared best practices in innovative and research work, creation of unique study programmes.  Besarion Meskhi told Vietnamese colleagues about the transformation of engineering education in DSTU within the framework of Institute of Emerging Technologies “X School” and Advanced Engineering School, about creation of practice-oriented educational space of a new generation “T-university”.
The HUFI University Trade and Industry in Ho Chi Minh, the largest city in Vietnam, implements Bachelor’s and Master’s degree programmes in the field of engineering, business-planning, information and mechanization technology, food industry and training programs in foreign languages. The university develops innovative and research projects, the Institute of Strategic Research has been opened on the basis of the university.
