DSTU Vice-rector for Academic Affairs and Advanced Degrees Alexey Beskopilniy and Head of the Department "Organization of transportation and road traffic" Vladimir Zyryanov presented to international expert community the study programmes implemented and developed at DSTU for Industry 4.0.
The international inter-university conference "Ecosystem of the Digital Economy" has finished in Berlin. Leading experts and representatives of German and Russian universities and companies spoke about cybersecurity, features of venture capital, vulnerability of modern "smart" systems and blockchain technology.
Alexey Beskopylniy noted the necessity to transform study programmes for the digital economy needs.
– DSTU implements master's degree programmes focused on the use of artificial intelligence algorithms, big data, machine learning, blockchain technologies, neural networks and the Internet of things to solve problems of energy, engineering, construction and IT systems, - said Alexey Beskopylniy. - Master's programmes are based on a project-oriented approach, while training masters do real projects for benefit of enterprises. Partners of study programmes are the largest Rostov companies: Rostselmash, Amazon, Bison, Tagmet, Rostvertol, NEVZ, Sberbank, Bank "Center-invest".
Professor Vladimir Zyryanov presented an example of a modernized study programme. During the presentation "Digitalization in transport: science, practice, education" he noted that the key trend in transport development is digital transformation based on smart transport systems and artificial intelligence.
– Digitalization processes in transport should be accompanied by creation of an integrated innovative educational system of training and continuous professional specialists development, – said Vladimir Zyryanov.
Rossotrudnichestvo organized the international inter-university conference "The Ecosystem of the Digital Economy" within the Federal project "Personnel for the digital economy" of the national program "Digital economy of the Russian Federation". Conferences are held in India, Indonesia, Iran, Turkey and Germany. The event is aimed at developing scientific, educational and economic ties with foreign partners, using international experience for the development of the digital economy and attracting promising personnel to Russia.
