    2.Aim of the programme
    To train Bachelors whose professional activities sphere is combination of innovative technologies, means, ways and methods of human actions aimed at creation of conditions for data processing, storage and exchange remotely via various networks.

    5. Programme learning outcomes
    In terms of design work the graduate is able to do the following:
    -  to collect and analyze initial data for design of communication structures, intelligent infocommunication networks and their elements;
    - to participate in detailed design of innovative infocommunication equipment;
    - to monitor compliance between the projects in development, technical documentation and technical regulations, national standards, communication standards, specifications and other regulatory documents;
     - to perform preliminary feasibility studies of the design calculations;
     - to develop the preliminary and detailed technical documentation, issue the finished design work papers;
     - to assess risks of innovations in commercialization of projects;
     - to control compliance and environmental safety.
    In terms of research and development work the graduate is able to do the following:
     -  to conduct experiments following the given method, analyze the results and make recommendations on improving the technical and economic indicators of infocommunicational equipment;
     -  to carry out measurements and observations, compose a description of the research, prepare data for writing of reviews, reports and scientific publications;
     -  to perform mathematical simulation of infocommunication processes and objects as well as on the basis of standard packages of computer-aided design and research, as on the basis of the original software created by themselves;
     -  to issue reports on the given tasks, participate in the implementation of research and development results.
